At Sprint Sphere, We take care in offering a range of Running Vests & Storage, Recovery & Training gear, Hydration Backpacks, and Performance Accessories each thoughtfully selected to support comfort, movement, and everyday performance. We work hard on every detail to make our products and services right for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a clear and simple return and refund policy to help you.

30 days Return Policy:

You can return your item within the specified return 30 days after you receive it. For a successful return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition, and you must include the order confirmation or packing slip.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact us support@sprintsphere.com to initiate the return process.
  • Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories that you have provided.
  • Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift 

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 4 days of receiving it. You can contact us support@sprintsphere.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to take another item, simply return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.
