At SprintSphere, we want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right — hassle-free.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, receipt, or confirmation email).

  • If the item is damaged or faulty, please include clear photos of the issue in your return email.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at returns@sprintsphere.com with:

  1. Your name and order number

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. A brief explanation of the issue

  4. Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)

We will respond within 2–5 business days with next steps.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • No restocking fees apply.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. SprintSphere is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll confirm eligibility and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 30 days from the time we receive your return request and confirm receipt of your returned item.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet reasonable consumer expectations.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
